Accommodation

We confirm the property name, room type and meal plan in writing before you pay. Board is stated per night, not summed into a vague number.

Price basis Per person, double occupancy, in UAH, subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.

Local transport

Train number or minibus departure hour is fixed in the itinerary. Transfer times are published as estimates so you can check conditions yourself.

  • Station or resort pickup and return leg
  • Daily shuttle to the lift base where the property is off-route
  • Airport transfers outside Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk

Lead times The coordinator sends the exact departure point 48 hours before travel.

Flexible program

Each package holds five program days. Two of them can be swapped for another activity, with no rebooking fee, subject to availability.

  • Swap deadline 18:00 the evening before, requested through the coordinator
  • Lift passes and equipment rental quoted as separate lines
  • No snow or weather guarantee; base altitude is published for verification

These are the durations we actually book, not map guesses. Rail and minibus times are confirmed in writing with your package.

    Overnight sleeper train leaving in the evening, arriving before breakfast. Berth in a four-person compartment.

One program day, written down to the minute

A standard day inside a five-day Bukovel package. Two of the five program days can be swapped. Ask your coordinator before 18:00 the evening before; there is no rebooking fee and the change depends on availability.

The room and the meal plan, stated before the deposit

The guesthouse below is one of the properties we book in the Carpathians. Room type, meals and walking distance to the lift are fixed in the booking confirmation, not decided on arrival.

Weather swap in practice

Six guests had the ridge route planned for day three. On the evening before, wind closed the upper section. By 18:00 the coordinator moved the day to a valley walk and the local history museum. The package price stayed the same, and the ridge route stayed on the plan for day five.

We do not promise snow or weather. Base altitude, lift operator, and transfer times are published in each package so you can check conditions yourself.
