2. Bookings and packages
A booking binds only after written confirmation and payment. Packages include the accommodation, transport and programme items listed in the offer. Ski passes, equipment hire, insurance, meals and resort fees are excluded unless stated.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in UAH per person unless stated and include the Operator's applicable taxes. Payment schedule and methods appear at checkout.
4. Traveller responsibilities
Provide accurate passport and contact data, hold valid documents and insurance, and follow resort safety rules.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms are shown before payment. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 days, less non-refundable supplier costs.
6. Liability and acceptable use
The Operator is liable as required by law and is not liable for weather, force majeure or supplier failures where it acted with due care. Do not scrape the site, attempt unauthorised access or post unlawful content.
7. Advertising
Promotional offers are identifiable, accurate and valid for the stated period and availability.
