Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Booking and deposit

A booking is confirmed when the deposit stated in the offer (usually 30% of the package price) is received and we issue written confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before departure unless the offer says otherwise. Price, inclusions and availability are shown before payment.

2. Cancellation by the traveller

• More than 30 days before departure: deposit refunded less a UAH 500 administration fee.
• 15–30 days: 50% of the package price is retained.
• 7–14 days: 75% is retained.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% is retained.

Send cancellations in writing to contact@uabusiiness.com; the date received applies. Non-refundable supplier items (permits and insurance) are listed in the offer.

3. Changes

One date or participant change is allowed more than 15 days before departure, subject to availability and any price difference. Later changes are treated as a cancellation.

4. Weather, snow and safety

If we change or shorten the programme for safety reasons (avalanche risk, lift closure, border or transport disruption), we offer an equivalent alternative or refund the unused portion. No compensation is payable for minor adjustments.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval; bank fees may be deducted where the law allows.

6. Complaints

Send complaints with your booking reference to contact@uabusiiness.com within 14 days of the end of the trip. We reply within 30 days.

7. Legal basis
