Three steps, each with a written outcome. Nothing is charged before you have the full ledger in front of you.
You confirm the package tier and the dates, and we send the deposit amount per person in writing. The deposit reserves the named property, the room type and the train or minibus allocation. Until it is paid, availability is checked again on the day of your request.
Within one business day you receive the complete ledger: property name and address, room type, train number or minibus departure hour, meal plan and meal count, the day-by-day program, and every exclusion with its indicative cost. Read it line by line. If a detail is wrong, we correct the ledger before the balance is due.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure. Prices are per person, double occupancy, in UAH, subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed. Payment dates are printed on the ledger, so you always know what is due and when.
