• Booking and contact form data: name, e-mail, phone number, travel dates, group size, ski package preferences, passport details where required for travel documents.
• Payment and invoicing details needed to confirm a booking.

• Correspondence and complaint records.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, prepare and confirm bookings, arrange accommodation and transport, issue documents, handle payments, provide support and resolve complaints, and to send marketing only where you have consented.
